This beautifully appointed property, is in a very peaceful location just above the village of Ador, near Gandia, on the Costa Blanca / Azahar, nestling in the coastal foothills, with a fabulous view to the Mediterranean sea, which is about 12 mins. drive away.

It is extremely spacious and villa like, and consists of lounge, kitchen/diner, bathroom, three huge bedrooms, sleeping six in comfort. (Sorry, larger parties not catered for as comfort and space for our guests is paramount)

The apartment is the ideal spot to relax, just lazing by the pool, take a drive into bustling Gandia town, or go to the fabulous ‘blue flag’ beaches of the Costa del Azahar and Costa Blanca. Many mountain walks and places to cycle surround the property. (Bicycles available for hire). The accommodation is suitable for families or couples wanting a quiet and relaxing villa style holiday, near the Mediterranean sea. Playa de (beach of) Gandia, (Costa Azahar) has many wonderful places to eat. Perhaps more importantly it also boasts some of the longest and widest unspoilt beaches imaginable.

We are just over 45 mins drive from Valencia, and 75 mins from Alicante airport.

August sees many local Fiestas and can be very lively with spectacular firework displays on many nights (and unbelievably days too). International Golf course (Oliva Nova) 6 miles approx.
